Our in-house membership plans are designed for individuals and families who want predictable pricing, immediate benefits, and meaningful savings on the treatments they actually need.Unlike traditional insurance plans, there are no annual maximums, no waiting periods, and no claim forms. Just straightforward care, on your terms.
Anyone can join. We offer three plans designed around different needs: Child Complete for patients 13 and younger, Adult Complete for patients 14 and older, and Perio for adults who need ongoing periodontal maintenance. Families are welcome to enroll multiple members.Your benefits begin immediately, no waiting periods, no delays. As soon as you enroll, you can start using your included preventive care and savings on additional treatments.
Most members save between $230 and $310 per year on included preventive care alone, plus 10% off most procedures and 15% off periodontal treatments. Over time, the savings can add up to hundreds or even thousands of dollars compared to paying per visit.
As a member, you'll receive savings on most treatments completed at our practice:10% OFF Preventive & Restorative Treatments: additional cleanings, tooth-colored fillings, crowns & bridges, root canals, extractions, nightguards & sportsguards, oral cancer screenings, and wellness scans.
15% OFF Periodontal Treatments: scaling & root planing (SRP), deep cleanings, and periodontal therapy.
